Payment of the program is due when you make the appointment with Carolann Cliche- 10-days prior to the appointment. 

 

An Invoice will be forwarded to you.  Once paid, we'll coordinate a zoom time and program materials (ebook, coaching material) will be forwarded to you by email.

Once the material is emailed to you, there is no refund. 

 

You may re-schedule an appointment once - with 48hr notice. 

There is NO REFUND for missed appointments without acknowledged 48 hour notice of the change.
